1. Description of Content

• Content ("Content") includes text, photographs and photographic files of any type, and graphic image files of any type.

2. Acceptance of Terms of Use for submitting Content

• By submitting or uploading Content to the lasvegasnevadanv.com (the "Service") website you are indicating that you understand and accept and agree to the following Terms of Use for submitting Content which may be modified from time to time without notice to you.

3. Submitting Content

• Ad Titles and Descriptions must be relevant to the Category the Ad is being submitted to.
• You will not submit or upload any Content, or URL or textual Domain reference to a website that contains the following types of Content, for storage and/or display by the Service
  that:
  • is offensive, slanderous, pornographic, nudity, defamatory, hateful, racist, ethnically objectionable, promotes violence or terrorism or unlawful acts of any kind
  • discriminates against others in any way including but not limited to race, religion, sex, or sexual preference
  • misrepresents or is misleading information about an item, service, person, business, or any other entity
  • is offering any item, service or any other thing if it is unlawful to do so or if it is unlawful to possess or transport
  • infringes on Copyright or Patent or Trademark or other types of ownership rights protection
  • is offering online gambling, chain letters or pyramid schemes
  • includes confidential, private, or personal information such as credit card or debit card number, checking account information, social security number, password to a website area, security code of any type, software product key, or any other similar private or confidential or financial information
  • includes proprietary information that should not be disclosed due to contractural or nondisclosure agreements
  • has a harmful or malicious intent of use including but not limited to things that could cause computer problems or is for the gathering of information from computer users without their prior knowledge
• You grant the Service full permission to store and display Content you submit to the Service including any Content for which you own a Copyright or Trademark or other type of ownership rights protection.
• You will not impersonate any person or entity including but not limited to representing yourself as an owner, subsidiary, affiliate, officer, agent, employee, director, service provider, partner, webmaster, operator, customer service, or any other type of representative of the Service.
• Automatic editing of Content may be applied when submitting or posting Content in certain areas of the Services. Long strings of continious characters may be split into smaller strings to avoid changes in the display of the webpages. Parts of URLs and html tags may be eliminated to discourage the posting of Content that could be potentially harmful to users or the Service. Profanity and objectionable words may be removed.
• The Service has the right to refuse or remove any submitted or stored Content at its sole discretion for any reason at any time without notice regardless of whether it was submitted or posted to a free service or a paid service part of the Service. The Service has the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for any reason at its sole discretion without notice or refund of any fee paid.
• Receiving emails from the Service: You MUST keep your registered Email Address current at all times to receive Ad expiration notices and communications from the Service. Since the Service cannot guarantee delivery of emails we strongly suggest that you make a note of the expiration dates of your Ads. Ad renewal notices are sent about 5 days before expiration, so you have about a 5 day window to login and renew an Ad. If an Ad is not renewed it will be automatically deleted on the expiration date and you will need to re-enter the Ad information. The Service has the right to suspend or delete any Member account if the Service receives "undeliverable" email notice because of a non-existent or invalid email address regardless of whether the account is for a free service or a paid service part of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for all Content you submit for storage and display by the Service and you agree to defend and indemnify and hold the Service and its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, successors, assigns, directors, heirs, web hosting providers, domain registration service, partners and licensors completely harmless from any claim or demand made by you or any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit to the Service.
